Symptoms
When assigning a Provisioning Plan to a PSR order, Task Behaviors (Insert Task/Delete Task) are not being applied as configured for a Rules and Behaviors event that is based on User Data fields. The error below is received in the GUI during Provisioning Plan Assignment immediately after clicking the "Get Tasks" button. After acknowledging the error, the desired task is not on the Task List tab to be inserted.

An error occurred in sp_rules.
ORA-01722: invalid number event_id:-{NBR}
The configuration information below can be used to recreate the problem. Once configured, create a PSR order with the appropriate User Data field that will trigger the Rules and Behaviors event when assigning a Provisioning Plan.
