Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, Web Switching

Correct Outage: Insufficient set of customers restored

Outage Correction not taking the affected customers data.

We have worked on getting this outage correction to take and have been unsuccessful after multiple attempts and reviews to do so.
