Planned Orders Created with Decimal Quantities - Round Order Quantities is Enabled (Doc ID 2947325.1)

Symptoms

MRP Plan creates planned orders with decimal quantities even though attribute Round Order Quantities is checked in NAV: Inventory (R) / Items / Organization Items - enter Item and go to tab - MPS/MRP Planning
- also the item attribute Pegging is End Assembly / Hard Pegging

Then setup plan options and launch the MRP plan, then review results in Workbench

NAV: Material Planning (R) / MRP (or MPS) - 

1.  / Options - set up for Project Planning
Reservation Level = Planning Group
Hard Pegging Level = Project

2. / Launch  - Pick Plan name and launch request

3. / Workbench - Query Supply/Demand for the item and observe that some
