Single Quote / Apostrophe in Item's ID Causes Display Problem (Doc ID 2947390.1)

Symptoms

If an item's id contains single quote / apostrophe, it may cause error when displaying the item. For instance, displaying it in BCC may cause following error when selecting such item to review its details:
