ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Not able To Search and Add Existing Non-primary Customer To New Application
Joint loan account is created with Primary and Spouse as secondary customer. Subsequently, Another line account application is processed for same combination of applicants.
While to add the secondary customer in the line application, Customer Search does not fetch the details.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer search should work for all existing applicants in OFSLL
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an account which has spouse as Secondary or Co-applicant or Cosigner
2. Update the address of the secondary applicant through web service with data APL_UPDATE_CUSTOMER_INFO_IND=YES.
3. Create another application and try to add the spouse as primary or secondary applicant that already exist in OFSLL
4. Go to customer service and go to applicant -> Search for secondary applicant with customer id/SSN/Last name
5. Check whether system fetches the secondary applicant to add to the application
