In ECM 8124, while trying to grey out Due Date field in Create Case Page by updating in KDD_CASEATTRBT_BHVR table for attrbt_id=21 and PAGE_CD='Create' to mode 2.

Even after updating to 2, but still see Due Date field enabled in Create Case page.
