Requirement to bill now the selective usage transactions for a billing cycle.

Example scenario:

When bill now is executed, currently all the 4 events are considered and billing is performed.
Need a solution to perform bill now for selective transactions i.e suppose for Jan 10th to Jan 12th transactions are only to be considered for bill now.
