The LCP Application Sets An Invalid OrigSSN For ATI Messages (Doc ID 2948449.1)

Symptoms

The LCP (Location Capabilities Pack) application sets an invalid origSSN for ATI messages (LCP application).
Random origSSN is set (146 or 147) and according to the below configuration, only 146 should be set.
