Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC/NCC) 12.0.3 version,

Some malformed Call Detail Records (CDRs) are reported by ccsCDRLoader. In some case with CDR_TYPE=2 and SCENARIO=DAILY_WINDOW malformed CDRs are
generated in the Voucher and Wallet Server (VWS) like below: ^Ap0H=^Ap0H
