Symptoms

On AAI 8.1 when attempting to login with direct login using sysadmn user, the following error appears on the screen.

ERROR
[11778] Please Contact Your System Administrator.

There were recent SSO server issues recently and therefore attempting to login with direct login.  However, login is failing with the above error.
