Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post the below request in postman
Step 2 : Check if case is generated
Step 3 : Open the Case in ECM
Step 4 : Check for request details section are displayed with values inside the case

Issue Encountered :

Request details are not displayed when creating cases via Postman.
