Symptoms

Steps to Reproduce the issue:

Step1: Generate Real time Customer Screening cases

Step2: Verify the priority of the case created

Actual Behavior:

All the cases generated were set to Low priority by default

Expected Behavior:

Cases should be set to priority based on the match scores of event
