"Join Condition" Field is disabled in the Forms Designer screen

Symptoms
On 8.0.6,
While creating the form the " Join Condition" Field is disabled in the Forms Designer screen.
Steps to reproduce:
------------------
1. Select "create a new form" and enter the new form name in forms designer screen.
2. click on next and go to step4.
3. Select multiple tables and click on next
4. select fields
Expected Behavior:
-----------------
Able to fill the query in the join condition field.
Actual Behavior:
---------------
Unable to fill the query
