Symptoms

On : 16.0.3 version

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find an item in REPL_RESULTS that has a value in CURRENT_ORDER_LEAD_TIME and is eligible to be placed on an order.
2. Scale the order
3. Undo scaling
4. Query REPL_RESULTS to see if COLT is still there or it's NULL.
Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 a few times. Note the COLT is NULL.
