On : 16.0.3 version, Inventory Movement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When adjusting the receipt to zero units on a transfer, the inventory in SOH is not altered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. A store-to-store transfer is created on SIM.
2. Full receipt is made at the destination store.
3. An adjustment is made to one of the items leaving the receipt at zero.
4. It is verified that SIM messages have been processed, but inventory in SOH remains unchanged.
