Symptoms
On : 16.0.3 version
SUPCNSTR batch uses incorrect sequence of items when scaling
Steps to Reproduce
1. Enable DEBUG in the batch by modifying the definitions in SUPCSTRR.H and recompiling the batch code
2. Create an order for forecastable items that will need to be adjusted by case after days of supply have been added until the constraints are violated.
3. Run the supcnstr batch.
4. Look at the OUT file created for that order in the batch run.
After a solution day is found, watch the order of item/loc selected for adding 1 (rounding level) at a time to the order. Note the order is not as expected.
