ECM: 8.1.2.4.0

CRR: 8.1.2.4.0

Problem Description:

Issue #1:After taking the 'Close and generating SAR' action in ECM, unable to see that action in the Audit case.

Issue #2: CAR case was not created for custom case type 'TM_investigation'
