ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Transactions for internal finisher for transfers and inventory adjustments is using different retail.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transactions for internal finisher for transfers and inventory adjustments should have same retail.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Making sure internal finisher retail is different than its main WH retail.
2. Create two-legged transfers either Intercompany (IC) or intracompany (MR).
3. Ship both legs of transfers and captures transactions.
4. Do non-cogs inventory adjustments(TC22) for internal finisher +ve/-ve
