Refunded Payments Are Showing As POSTED When Posting Another Payment on the Same Account (Doc ID 2949114.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Refunded Payments are showing as POSTED when posting another payment on same account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should show the refunded transaction as refund even though new a payment posted again but currently system changing the refund status as posted after posting a new payment for the same account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Post a Payment
2. Post a refund on that payment
3. Check the Status of the payment in Payment Maintenance Screen – It should show as REFUNDED
4. Post a new payment on the same account
5. Check the Status of the same Payment that was refunded in Step2.
  a. It should still show as REFUNDED.
  b. But it shows as POSTED.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the status refunded for the transaction posted earlier.
