Error on Obligation screen due to incorrect translation of key_value_4 field date value in spanish (Doc ID 2949331.1)

Symptoms

While editing the obligation created from a different language fails with the following error 


Steps to recreate :

  1. Login to Merchandizing application.
  2. Go to Preferences and select the Language as Spanish.
  3. Create obligation Transporation Billof lading (BOL)/Away Bill(AWB) and save it.
  4. Log out and login application.
  5. Go to Preferences and select the Language as English.
  6. Edit the obligation that was created in Step # 3.
  7. System throws an error.
