Is it Possible to Restore a Baseline to a Different EPS Node? (Doc ID 2949423.1)

Goal

After maintaining and assigning a project as a baseline of another project, when restoring the baseline project (via Project > Maintain Baselines > Restore), the restored project appears in the same EPS node as the project to which it was assigned.

Is there a way to have it restored to a different EPS node?
