Business Process Records Are Routed Incorrectly and Not as per the Workflow Conditions (Doc ID 2949439.1)

A Business Process record is not routing to the next step as per the workflow conditions and instead is routing to an unexpected step.


All Business Process records should route to the next step as per the workflow conditions defined and met in the Workflow Configuration.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Select a Business Process record that can be Accepted and sent to the next step.
  3. Notice that the record get routed to an incorrect step and not to the next step as expected based on the workflow conditions defined and met.
