Goal

How to Disable Payload Statistics Activities for On Premise Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) Implementations?

Normal processing for IMD upload where files are processed in SGG through OSB and converted into Initial Measurement Data messages to be processed on the OUAF side includes Payload Statistics processing.  Some customers do not use these Payload Statistics and they end up being extra activities and processing that is not needed.  For this reason some customers may want to disable the Payload Statistics functionality.
