Batch Is Failing due to the parallel execution of batches (Doc ID 2949476.1)

Symptoms

When am running the batch (ECMINFO_1598026422680), tasks are failing . When the batch picks more than 1 tasks in parallel, those set of tasks are failing and stopping the batch. If the single task is pitch in to execute, then that specific task is getting success.
