(Doc ID 2949511.1)

Applies to:
Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 4.3.0 and laterOracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller - Version 6.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C), the Java Archives (JARs) for the screens are hardcoded to download images and menu contexts over port 80 for HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP). For HTTP Secure (HTTPS), the port is hardcoded to use port 443.
Due to this, it is not possible to use the screens over any ports other than the defaults (for example, over Secure Shell (SSH) tunnels). If attempted, no images will be displayed and a lot of the menu contexts/options will not be displayed.
