Goal

Post network issue with a custom application publishing to  Integration Gateway Services (IGS) . RIB IGS returned with timeout exception: "Transaction Rolledback.: weblogic.transaction.internal. TimedOutException: Transaction timed out after 30 seconds"
Is it safe to assume that this transaction in IGS has failed?
