Korean Characters Garbled When Bold Option is Selected for the UDR Header

Symptoms
DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:
The Korean characters are garbled once user select "Bold" in UDR (User Defined Report) header. And, the group by column also garbled if there are Korean characters.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Go to generic unifier environment.
- Define a UDR in generic BP (Business Process) , for e.g, Meeting Minutes.
- Edit the UDR, Layout, Header, Center Column, Report Title, enable the option "Bold". Save.
- Run the report, we can see the report title garbled when it contains Korean Characters.
- Cancel the option "Bold",then we can see the report title show Korean correctly.
- Go to UDR, Layout,Group by. Group Heading select "Project Name". Then change your project name and make sure it contains Korean Characters.
- Run the UDR as pdf format, we can see the Group by column is garbled.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Only PDF format got the issue, HTML format works fine.
EXPECTED OUTCOME:
The PDF format UDR should show Korean characters correctly as HTML format.
