LSH 3.3: Tablespace Selection In LSH UI Does Not Display Any Tablespace

Symptoms
On Life Science Data Hub (LSH) 3.3 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When creating a Table Instance in LSH you have the option to specify the tablespace to store the table.
However, tablespace Selection in LSH UI does not display any tablespace.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
It would be expected that you can select a tablespace from the search.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a tablespace in the database
2. Create an LSH table instance as target and try to assign a tablespace (new or existing, try to select any)
3. None are displayed.
