Symptoms
RTV quantity is not getting cleared in Item_loc_soh table
Observing scenarios where even though RTV transactions have been integrated into RMS successfully and completed and postings generated with tran_code 24, the quantities are appearing in negative units in item_loc_soh and sitting there.
In some cases units corresponding to some of the transactions are getting duplicated as well.
The issue has the following business impact: Since quantities are reflecting as negative in rtv_qty column in item_loc_soh table and not getting cleared, this is giving an inflated figure on actual SOH at the location.
