Field Entries Go Missing in Offline Mode After Synchronization in Unifier Mobile for Android (Doc ID 2949737.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When using the Unifier Mobile Android app, the entries are switching between offline and online after synchronization, and entries for certain fields are not available in the Business Process (BP) record log.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The field entries should not go missing when in offline mode after synchronization.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier Mobile Android App.
  2. Notice the records saved on the device and records not saved on the device.
  3. Synchronize/update project records > download all records from BP to the device.
  4. Notice the data downloaded to the device.
  5. Enable App offline mode and turn Wifi off.
  6. Notice the new data is no longer available.
  7. Repeat the steps, same issue occurs.
