Some Operational Data Tables Are Not Showing Any Data In DMW When Data Is Expected (Doc ID 2950069.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 26, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench - Version 3.1.0.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Operational Tables are not getting populated after an incremental Inform Data load. The data does exist in the database, but it doesn't display in DMW.

For example, in the case of IRV_CUR_SITE and IRV_CUR_SUBJECT, the log file could show something like the following:

IRV_CUR_SITE Bookmark Timestamp:
04-MAY-2023 09:00:20: begin processing
04-MAY-2023 09:00:20: transaction date: 04-MAY-2023 09:00:15
04-MAY-2023 09:00:20: Before inserting into staging table ST$<obj_ID>
04-MAY-2023 09:00:20: After populating staging table ST$<obj_ID>record count: 32
04-MAY-2023 09:00:20: After inserting new records into TV<obj_ID> record count: 32
IRV_CUR_SITE data load time. Begin: 04-MAY-2023 09:00:20 End: 04-MAY-2023 09:00:20 Seconds elapsed: 0

IRV_CUR_SUBJECT does not have a timestamp and is always loaded in full.
04-MAY-2023 09:00:20: begin processing
04-MAY-2023 09:00:20: transaction date: 04-MAY-2023 09:00:15
04-MAY-2023 09:00:20: Before inserting into staging table ST$<obj_ID>
04-MAY-2023 09:00:23: After populating staging table ST$<obj_ID>record count: 1
04-MAY-2023 09:00:23: After inserting new records into TV<obj_ID> record count: 1
IRV_CUR_SUBJECT data load time. Begin: 04-MAY-2023 09:00:20 End: 04-MAY-2023 09:00:23 Seconds elapsed: 3
