Fails to Login to Web Client After Renewing the SSL Certificate of Web Proxy Server (Doc ID 2950178.1)

Symptoms

Fails to login to Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Web Client after renewing the certificate installed for Web proxy server used to access to Web Client.
No error, and nothing happens after giving username and password and clicking on Login.
Just see the message "To log in, enter your username and password, then click Login. Passwords are case-sensitive." which shows by default when accessing to Web Client screen.





What is Working

Can login to Java Client with the same username and password.







Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access to https://{web_proxy_server}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Input username and password, and Login
3. Nothing happens



Changes

Changed the certificate installed for the Web Proxy Server used to access Web Client
