Where is the Audit Log Displayed for a Checklist in a Workflow Rule? (Doc ID 2950186.1)

Goal

In Console > System Configuration > Workflow> Rules tab, there is a Checklist field.  Are changes to Checklist captured in the Audit log and where can this be seen?
