Symptoms

When attempting to create a new Business Process (BP) record via the WBS Picker in Unifier version 20.12.16, the following error occurs and users must manually type the values.

Error Code: ABC-A1B2C3D4E5
An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.

A different error number is generated each time.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

In Unifier, navigate to Shell > affected BP Log.
Create a new BP record and add the required information.
Select the affected WBS Picker.
The reported error occurs.
