Redlines Intermittently Disappear in Electronic Change Orders(ECO)

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Redlines disappears ECO intermittently.
The redline Manufacturer tab vanished when ECO is moved into status - CCB. The History tab mentions user undeleted line item which is incorrect.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Redline changes in ECOs should not be removed automatically.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client. https://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Go to ECO | Affected Items | Redlines tab.
3. Make some changes in Redlines tab eg:- Delete/Update an item.
4. Move the ECO to CCB Status.
5. The Redline changes are deleted automatically.
6. History tab has incorrect entry that user undeleted the item.
