Symptoms

On NI 7.3.6.3.0 version:

SNMP threads are stuck

We have NI 7.3.6.3 on top of WLS 12.2.1.4. We are seeing SNMP related stuck threads in 2 of the managed servers (MS3 & MS8).
  
As per the analysis, Adventnet is 3rd party jar used by productized code to establish SNMP connection and send/receive command.

WORKAROUND

Restarting the servers to clear the stuck threads.
