Symptoms

Refresh Snapshots and Data Collection processes continuously errors with tablespace errors.

Extending the tablespace several times does not help resolve the errors.

MSRFWOR module: Refresh Collection Snapshots errors with:

ORA-12008: error in materialized view refresh path
ORA-01654: unable to extend index INV.I_SNAP$_MTL_SYS_ITEMS_SN by 138255 in tablespace INVD

MSCPDP: Planning Data Pull hangs and then errors with:

Procedure LOAD_BOM started.
Error pulling data from MRP_AP_BOM_COMPONENTS_V to MSC_ST_BOM_COMPONENTS.
ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 16 in tablespace TEMP
ORA-02063: preceding line from APSUAT2FXPROD
ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 16 in tablespace TEMP
ORA-02063: preceding line from APSUAT2FXPROD
