Symptoms

On : 11.3.1.6 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A Requirement with EXPIRE Attribute set for 60 minutes never gets expired.
The State would get moved to 99 - Expired after 60 minutes from the state the Attribute is enabled.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Requirement should move to Expired Status after designated time set on EXPIRE Attribute.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Requirement with EXPIRE attribute set to "60" on State 02-Pending.
2. Add Requirement to Policy.
3. Set Requirement state to "02".
4. Requirement should have moved to Expired after 60 minutes.
