System User Field for Audit and Transaction Search Limited to 32 Characters (Doc ID 2952225.1)

Goal

In OHMPI UI, the System User field for audit and transaction search is limited to 32 characters.
Therefore, the email address use as user account can not be used and is truncated if it is too long.
The field length needs to be change to 64 characters.

Audit table createBy user field which capture the user is limited to 20 characters only. It should be updated to the same value as the other table capturing the system user: (SBYN_TRANSACTION sysmteuser is set to 150)
The SBYN_AUDIT table column create by need to be extend to 150 characters. Audit need to be activated in MIDM.xml

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Create a user with more than 32 characters in WebLogic and assigned to OHMPI groups MasterIndex.Admin and Administrator
2. Do a search in the audit search page.
    The user won't be able to fit in the system user field.
