Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.3 version,
When attempting to submit an .XPT SAS file load via File Watcher,
the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit a SAS File Watcher using a SAS XPT file.
2. Check the submitted job status.
