Mismatch In History Records Of QCR And Change Request Class (Doc ID 2952401.1)

There is a mismatch in History records of QCR (Quality Change Request) and Change Request Class

Users observed that changes made to Change Request Class (like adding an attachment) are being recorded in the History tab of CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventive Action) (QCR class). This is causing data mismatch at the DB level and hence impacting downstream systems.

User expects Changes made to Change Request Class, like adding an attachment, should not be recorded in the History tab of CAPA  (QCR Class)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Change Request Object
2. Checkout file from object
3. Navigate to unassociated CAPA item and notice changes are recorded in History tab
