Symptoms

Batch Download, Prepare, Filter and Export All Lists - could not connect the data base

Steps to reproduce:
1. Access the EDQ.

2. Go to director

3. Go to watchlist management

3. Click on job

4. Right click on the Download, Prepare, Filter and Export All Lists and run with run profile.

Expected result:
The job should be success.

Actual result:
The job failed.

Error encountered:

The Network Adapter could not establish the connection .
