Symptoms

After Importing Rate Manager Registry Keys into a new SoftRater Windows Machine, the Insbridge/IBFA page is throwing the following error:

Subscriber not configured properly. An exception has been thrown while trying to find subscriber's symmetric keys.

The data is invalid.
