Q: Is there any option to filter Threshold Breach Notifications triggered for change/delete bundle scenarios?


Scenario is like this:
One needs to suppress the Threshold Breach Notifications in case if a particular balance breach happens for change bundle. In Change bundle scenario, the existing bundle is deleted and a new bundle is added.
On Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), while updating balances for delete bundle - It is triggering threshold breach notifications for cancel product i.e Current_Balance=0 and notifications are sent to customer (like "out of balance"), which is actually confusing as customer is changing the bundle not deleting entire balances.
