Unable To Select Checkboxes Of Items Under The Grids like Case search list, Event list, Account list, Customer list etc (Doc ID 2953107.1)

Problem Description
For ECM UI, under the Account subtab or Customer subtab under the Alerted Party tab in the Case Summary page, when the tab is loaded for the first time, the checkbox of any item under the Accounts List or Customer List are not able to be selected when the user clicks on the corresponding checkbox on the left without scrolling down for the first time. Instead, the webpage will be scrolled to the bottom while the checkboxes are still unselected. The user will have to click on the same checkbox for the second time in order to select it.

However, the checkbox for all item on the top left corner of the list can be selected without scrolling down when the Account List or Customer List is loaded for the first time.

Steps to Reproduce Problem
Go to Case List page where there are more than 1 page.

Try to select any record.

First time we can not select instead page takes us to scroll down.

For the second time we are able to select the record.
