Issue:Issue while adding Trigger-Type AVP in CCR-I

While trying to add Trigger-Type AVP from our seagull tool into CCR in order to check if one can use this AVP value in our extension code.
And tried to add it in Multiple-Services-Credit-Control section but it errors out with AVP NOT SUPPORTED
There is a requirement to identify a mid-session CDR cut based on RATING_CONDITION_CHANGE

Identifying the network RATING_CONDITION_CHANGE based on below conditions:
