PCM_OP_BAL_GET_ACCT_BAL_GRP_AND_SVC Is Not Working For Hierarchy Accounts (Doc ID 2953476.1)

Goal

In a setup having hierarchy accounts in which accounts under the billing account are non-payee, when calling the PCM_OP_BAL_GET_ACCT_BAL_GRP_AND_SVC with billing account billinfo, it does not return the balance group and services of child accounts.

As per the document/reference here,


PCM_OP_BAL_GET_ACCT_BAL_GRP_AND_SVC - Returns the balance groups and services for all account's billinfo objects or for a single billinfo object.

So should we expect PCM_OP_BAL_GET_ACCT_BAL_GRP_AND_SVC with billing account billinfo to return the balance group and services of child accounts as how for other out-of-the-box opcodes in which using include_children, BRM returns the details for a child account.
