E-Mail Transmission Failure - SMTP Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain (Doc ID 2953514.1)

Symptoms

When a case report is transmitted through the SMTP configuration, the case transmission has a Failure message.

The email address configured is an external email address.


There are no errors logged in the log files.


The issue seems to be happening only for an external Email address


The report is transmitted to all internal email addresses without issues.
