FTP 8.1.2 User Interface Showing Response Error in LoadInitTreeLhsData (Doc ID 2953604.1)

Symptoms

On FTP 8.1.2, while opening any of the screens with hierarchy ie: Transfer Pricing Rules, it is throwing the following error intermittently. If you click ok, the error goes away.

Error:
Response Error in loadInitTreeLhsData

Steps To Replicate:
1. Navigate to Transfer Pricing Rules
2. Received error: Response Error in loadInitTreeLhsData
3. Click okay and it goes away.
