After Updating the TP Yield Curve IRC in the Transfer Pricing Rule the FTP Engine Is Still Using the Old IRC (Doc ID 2953826.1)

Symptoms

On FTP 8.1.2.2.3, have updated the IRC to 115 for one product with conditional assumptions, but the FTP audit output is showing that it is still using IRC 104 and the Base Transfer Rate is not correct.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the TP rule and edit the conditional assumptions defined for a parent node.
2. Update the Interest Rate Cd to [USD] Base Rate_SOFR_30360 (115
3. Save
4. Run the FTP process and check audit table and generated transfer rate
